The case study is for a company that wanted to drive leads for Franchise Business opportunities for their Restaurant.  Before working with us, this company had tested Facebook Ads but had not seen any success.

Here’s what we did for this client:

  • Within the Campaign We added Demographic, Interest and Behaviour targeting .We narrowed down the audience as we wanted to make sure that we are targeting the right audience.

The end result was an audience of about 1 million across the targeted locations in Maharashtra. Finally, I set our Daily budget Rs. 1000 a day, to reach our audience with a daily reach that wouldn’t result in the same ad showing multiple times to the same person.

Lead Form

I then had to put the lead form together.

I struggled to strike a balance between quality of data and ease of completion, we chose to completely come down on the side of ease of completion and get as many leads as possible.

As a result, the only information requested in our lead form is Phone number and email, which are automatically filled in by the user.

Creative

We have used Creatives in required placements so that it can be visible to the right audience and overall reduce Cost Per Lead.

Performance

From here, we ran the ad, and results were pretty immediate. In just the first couple days, we got over a dozen leads, and a half of them were qualified. This immediately indicated that we were on the right track.

Here are some overall performance statistics:

  • Relevance score: 5
  • Cost per lead: 28.87
  • Facebook On Page lead: 112
  • CTR: 8.60%
  • Form completion rate: 80%
  • Conversion Rate: Above Average
  • Engagement Rate: Above Average

Lead Quality

Adding just any lead to our email automation could result in tons of unqualified calls for your sales team.

Thus, we follow a daily manual process of qualifying new leads and adding them to your CRM, which doesn’t take more than 10 minutes a day but is still less automated than we’d like.
